Our Priorities
Treatment Court Standards
All Rise’s Adult Treatment Court Best Practice Standards distills decades of research on treatment courts, criminology, and behavioral health into actionable best practices, providing a comprehensive blueprint to enhance outcomes across all treatment court models.
Screening, Assessment, Referral
We help communities build capacity to implement rapid screening, assessment, and referral to ensure individuals impacted by substance use and mental health are matched with the appropriate level of supervision and treatment.
Recovery Capital
We connect the justice system with the public health system to advance recovery and its many pathways. Combining an understanding of addiction science and the positive and negative forces that impact recovery can transform the justice system’s approach and improve outcomes.
When communities rise, we All Rise
There are now over 4,000 treatment courts in the United States. Each year, they connect over 150,000 people to evidence based-treatment and hold them accountable to themselves, their community, and the court.
