The U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) grant program provides financial and technical assistance to states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and Native American tribal governments to enhance the operations of existing treatment courts or to implement new treatment courts. Treatment court models eligible for funding include adult drug treatment courts, co-occurring courts, DWI/DUI courts, and tribal healing to wellness courts.
